2018 Minnesota Food Share, March Campaign

2018 Minnesota Food Share March Campaign

Dear valued customers,

We have been made aware of a great campaign that will be running through the month of March. This program will assist so many people in need in our communities, that we all share and are apart of in one way or another. It is being organized through the Quad Cities Food Shelf. During the campaign they also will receive a partial match for any food and cash donations received. This additional leveraging of funds is so important and helps sustain all efforts to alleviate hunger in the Quad Cities and surrounding rural area.

So, we here at FNBOB thought we would put together our own little food drive for the month to do our part to help any way we can. Sometimes in the spring and summer months we tend to forget about the thought of giving, as it usually seems to pop in our heads throughout the holiday seasons. There is always somebody in need, no matter the time of year! So why not have one for spring! All donations received at either of our locations will be brought to the Quad Cities Food Shelf at the end of the drive. Always remember that no donation is TOO BIG nor TOO SMALL! Anything can and does help this wonderful program. So, let’s come together and do our part to give back in any way we are able.  Thank you all in advance for any donations and your continued support!

Update to Regulation CC Thresholds

Starting July 1st 2020, inflation adjustments will impact the thresholds to “Regulation CC” as following:

  • $200 is changing to $225 (Note: the $200 amount is still referred to $100 in Reg CC). This amount is used on case-by-case holds and will impact most financial institutions.
  • $5,000 is changing to $5,525. This amount is used on certain special exception holds, such as large deposit holds, new account holds, and repeatedly overdrawn holds. This change will also impact most financial institutions.
