Online Banking and Mobile App Transition Announcement!!
1st Time Abiliti Login Guide
Here are some helpful instructions to help get you into our new Online Banking/Mobile App platform “Abiliti”. Your current login information will be accepted in the new platform in order to link your current profile over, please be sure to write down your username and password in preparation to link your old online account. If you are unsure of your username or password, or have questions about the update, please feel free to contact us at 218-749-3190 and we will assist you.
The “Forgot Password” button will not work unless you have already linked your profile.
Current Online Banking Users:
You can link your current profile either by going to the Website to login or using your Mobile App. You will only need to link your profile ONCE. So be sure not to link on both the App and the Website, this will just create 2 separate profiles.
No matter what way you are linking (Website or App) click on the Login button for Mobile or the Online Banking Tab on the Website. This will take you to the new site.
Scroll to where you see “Link Existing Profile” and click the tab.
Enter your current Online Banking Credentials and click “Continue”. (If you are unsure of either your username or password, please contact us so we can assist you.)
This will bring up a new screen to create a Username and Password. You are able to use your current (what you entered on the previous screen) credentials again. Click continue.
You should be brought back to the first login screen with a message saying an email has been sent to your email to confirm.
Confirm your email and go back to the login screen and enter your credentials to login.
You will get another message saying a “One Time Passcode” has been emailed to you.
Enter the code that was sent to your email and you will be good to go.
*You will be able to trust the device you are logging in with if you wish to. You can only have ONE Trusted Device, so we recommend that you trust your most used way of accessing Online Banking.
New Online Banking Users:
Go to our website fnbob.com or download our Mobile App via the Apple or Google Play stores.
On the Website click the go to online banking and on the Mobile App click Login.
Scroll to “Create New Profile”.
Follow the prompts given (choose account type, enter your information, etc).
There will be a section to enter a PIN. This is the last 4 of your social. If the last 4 of your social begins with a 0 you will need to contact us @ 218-749-3190, so that we can adjust your PIN to get you to the next step.
You’ll next create your Username and Password.
After that you can refer to the last 4 steps in the “Current Online Banking Users”.
